- Handle incoming reservation calls, emails, and online bookings promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, promotions, and property facilities.
- Suggest and upsell room upgrades, packages, and experiences to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and other departments to ensure guest requests are met prior to arrival.
- Handle special requests, VIP bookings, and group reservations with extra attention to detail.
- Ensure all communication reflects the property’s brand voice and luxury positioning.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings, local attractions, and events to make informed recommendations.
