Job Descriptions: -
* To maintain an effective filing system for the Reservation department.
* Responsible and accountable for all the data input and statistical information relevant to reservations and sales
* To answer all incoming correspondence within the time limit set in the policy & procedure.
* Willing to demonstrate flexibility in work hours, assignments, and scope of work as required in order to meet departmental objectives.
* to ensure particular attention to the use of the Guest History facility in the Opera system.
* To have knowledge of Front Office, Sales, and F&B operations.
* To convert the call into bookings, up-sell, cross-sell, and other tasks stated in the reservation process.
* To update Group Status Report and other required reports conduct necessary follow-up for each account/group on a daily basis.
* Follow up / traces on group booking status one week prior to the arrival.
* Handle all inquiries relating to rates, group bookings, and quotations.
* Handle telephone communications and respond to inquiries in an effective, professional, and friendly manner following standards outlined in the department's standard operating procedure.
