Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming enquiries by phone or by email regarding room booking and converting calls into room sales.
- Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
- Assist with administrative duties related to reservation management such as data entry, filing, and maintaining reservation records.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.
