Job Title: Reservation Executive
Reports To: Assistant Manager - Sales & Reservation
Location: Taman Fu Yen, Luyang
Salary Range: RM 2,500.00 – RM 2,800.00

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reservation Executive responsible for handling room booking inquiries, processing reservations and ensuring accurate records in the property management system. This role plays a vital part in maximizing room occupancy and revenue while maintaining excellent guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations Handling
- Oversee and manage daily reservations across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, Ctrip, etc.).
- Assist in tours and corporate reservations
- Handle incoming calls, emails and online reservation requests promptly and professionally.
OTA Account Management
- Respond to reviews on OTA platforms to maintain high guest ratings and address any feedback.
- Maintain up to date and accurate reservation records.
- Monitor availability and room inventory daily to avoid overbooking or underselling.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to reservation activities and occupancy forecasts.
- Track reservation trends and report unusual patterns to the line manager.
Compliance and Policies
- Ensure reservation processes align with standard operating procedures.
- Handle confidential guest data with discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role in a hotel.
- Proficiency: Strong understanding of Property Management System (PMS) and experience with channel management tools.
- Skills: Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally.
- Preferably able to speak and read in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking guest & handle Chinese-language materials.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and online collaboration platforms.
