We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to attract candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo for tracking candidate progress
- Assist in employee orientation and training & development programs for new hires
- Support internal recruiting efforts and succession planning initiatives
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in technical or executive recruiting roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with relationship management and employee relations practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
