Job Scope:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinates with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs and ensures a smooth candidate experience from hiring to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) is a plus.
- Good communication - English, Mandarin & Bahasa
- Resourceful and able to work independently
