We from 7-Eleven Malaysia are looking for potential candidate that suit in vacancy posted base in HQ Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.
Currently we are company with current active employee more than 10K and pioneer in biggest retail chain convenience store in Malaysia.
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Assist on local hiring for store employee
- Assist on foreign worker manpower planning to access needs
- To act middle person between operation and foreign worker to resolve any issues arising
- Provide Pool Data on weekly basis
- To participate in recruitment initiatives such as career fair
- To participate in retention initiatives
- Collaboration with university or college for internship program
- Update and maintain all hiring records
- Update and maintain all recruitment and Headcount reports
- Monitor and Update recruitment materials accordingly
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports
- Update and maintain all retention/attrition reports
- Develop action plan for retention
- To assist Operation on random exit interviews at stores
- To attend WOR in assigned region on a monthly basis
- To perform any other work as and when required
- Foreign worker management
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :-
1. Degree/Diploma in any related field i.e. HR & Business Admin
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Retail Operational background
3. Good understanding of Retail & Business
4. Possess a good computer knowledge; familiar with Microsoft Office.
5. Possess good presentation skills.
6. Able to work under minimize supervision
7. Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
