We're hiring for a QA Manager role in Cyberjaya (Work from Office).
Role Highlights:
- Budget: Up to RM 12,000
- 12-Month Renewable Contract
- Rotational Shifts (7 AM–4 PM / 4 PM–1 AM, 5 days/week)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO/IT Quality roles
- At least 2 years in a managerial/team lead position
- Mandarin proficiency (Read, Write, Speak) – Mandatory
- English proficiency (Minimum B1 level)
- Strong command of QA methodologies and audit tools
- KYC experience is an added advantage
- Effective leadership, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts
