Job Description
- Manage confidential and executive matters of the company.
- Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and compile reports, documents, and presentations.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including meeting arrangements and filing systems.
- Liaise professionally and confidentially with management, staff, and business partners.
- Handle written communication and presentation materials.
- Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with other departments when required.
- Ensure strict confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field (minimum CGPA 3.0 / Second Class Upper).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Deadline-oriented and detail-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
