Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Order & Supplier Coordination:
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues.
Verify invoices against received goods and coordinate with the accounts team for payments.
2. Inventory Monitoring & Stock Control:
Update and manage stock records in the syatems.
Assist in conducting stock checks and audits to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to track ingredient usage and restock as needed.
3. Cost Management & Reporting:
Compare supplier prices and provide cost analysis reports.
Assist in budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain procurement records and generate reports for management review.
4. Administrative & Compliance Support:
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Keep updated records of supplier certifications and product specifications.
Assist in software training and troubleshooting for purchasing and inventory tracking.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
