Sourcing & Purchasing Junior Officer

· Determine specification of products to be purchased

· Select, develop and evaluate vendors

· Discuss prices, discounts, delivery lead times and specs with vendors

· Plan and prepare purchase requisitions (PRs) purchase orders (POs)

· Ensure on-time delivery from vendor

· Monitor quality of items supplied by vendor

· Match POs with Goods Received Notes (GRNs)

· Check vendors’ invoices and quotation

· Control returned goods and obtain credit notes

· Ensure the job performed comply with the company QMS, EMS, legal and others requirements.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
