Role: Payroll Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Salary: Up to RM4,500
Job Responsibilities;
- Manage and process monthly payroll for approx, 400 headcounts (Malaysia-based only).
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, OT, allowances, commissions, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure full statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
- Handle LHDN tax calculations and annual tax forms (EA, E Form).
- Update employee attendance, leave records, and other payroll data.
- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports and liaise with finance for reconciliation.
- Support internal and external audits.
Job Requirements.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Malaysian payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with 400+ headcount payroll – RETAIL.
- Familiarity with payroll systems (Autocount, TimeSoftware, HR2000) strong MS Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law
- Prior experience managing statutory contributions, tax submissions, report, audit support and the ability to work independently.
- Mandarin fluency - spoken & written (essential for effective collaboration with their China-based HQ and cross-border teams)
