JOB SUMMARY
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for clients, including generating payroll reports, e-payslips from the payroll system, and transferring salaries and statutory payments via online banking.
- Manage and maintain the entire HRMS core and strategic modules, such as profiling, leave, claims, attendance, appraisals, etc.
- Generate yearly EA forms and submit Form E online.
- Correspond with clients regarding any payroll matters, HRMS, and payroll system issues.
- Liaise with government agencies such as KWSP, SOCSO, and LHDN.
- Implement HRMS for new clients and oversee the entire implementation and go-live project.
- Handle any ad hoc assignments as required.
- Assist senior executives with any ad hoc/routine assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum higher diploma in Human Resources/Business Degree or equivalent, with at least 3- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess an excellent attitude, personality, initiative, responsibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-versed in the Employment Act 1955, particularly in payroll-related calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills towards internal and external clients, with meticulous organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines during peak periods.
- Proficient in writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- Prior experience working for a payroll outsourcing company is an added advantage.
- Candidates experienced in managing comprehensive cloud-based HRMS such as Rymnet or Emplx are encouraged to apply.
