Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and hands-on HR & Payroll Executive to manage full-spectrum payroll for Malaysia, and support HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and support payroll inputs for SG and HK.
Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF) and handle payroll reporting and audits.
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for retail hires across regions.
Administer daily HR operations including contracts, benefits, HRIS updates, and employee queries.
Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Support general office admin tasks and HR process improvements.
Qualifications
Have good communication skills and are competent in holding independent conversations with various internal and external stakeholders.
[Payroll] Experience in handling the full payroll processing cycle in Malaysia, including filing of government claims and tax submissions. (Preferable)
[Recruitment] Experience in retail recruitment with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles and exceeding recruitment targets. (Preferable)
You should be well-versed with HR practices in Malaysia and have a good understanding of Malaysia regulatory policies.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Singapore and Hong Kong is a plus
Knowledge of HRIS or payroll software a plus
Retail Industry Experience is a plus
Proficient in MS office with strong MS Excel skills
