Job Summary
Responsible for full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate monthly payments for leasing staff, while adhering to statutory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for leasing staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries in compliance with statutory regulations.
2. Data Management:
- Maintain and update staff payroll records.
- Validate and input timekeeping data for staff.
3. Compliance:
- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations related to payroll (Employment Act 1955)
- Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements related to payroll (IRB, EPF & SOCSO)
4. Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Generate payroll reports and summaries for management.
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with recruiters, HR and finance teams for seamless payroll processes.
- Address inquiries from team members regarding payroll-related matters and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide assistance and clarification on payroll processes.
6. Reporting:
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in payroll and admin processes.
7. Admin Support:
- Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls and other communication as needed.
- Assist and support the team on the implementation of guidelines, strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
