Principal Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and standardize the overall compliance function of Malaysia
- To monitor and ensure that all social media post that are relating to the company, are done in accordance with the Social Media Guidelines.
- To search, investigate and remove all products that are sold online or any other platforms that is prohibited for the sales of products.
- Plan and conduct training sessions on policies and procedures for the Marketing Executives
- Work closely with leaders and other departments (Sales & Customer Service) to provide compliance advisory, expertise, training and guidance
- To proactively monitor any compliance breach and take necessary action to mitigate cases found or highlighted on a timely manner
- To closely monitor all compliance breach from end to end until the case is closed
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports to update the Compliance Manager, Head of Departments and Vice President when required
- To seek regulatory and compliance advice from Melaleuca Home Office on cases where there is a need for legal proceedings
- Liaise with, work closely and update on the progress of compliance cases to the Home Office Compliance Team from time to time
- Design procedure, training materials and compliance tools such as protocols, official letters and anything deemed required and relevant
- Conduct random compliance reviews on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis on commissioning, paperwork, quality development, departmental practices which includes standardization of information across company and market
- To recommend possible improvement plans to the Management that would improve compliance standards of the company.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance/fraud management/legal services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to analyze data/information and come up with workable solutions (analytical and has an eye for details)
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
- Exhibit professionalism at all times especially when dealing with Marketing Executives
- Able to act fast and deliver with efficiency and accuracy
- Firm, able to make decisions and provide relevant suggestions
- Flexible with working hours especially when there are urgent cases to handle
- Able to travel or perform site visits out of working hours if required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Language proficiency (speak, read and write): Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin
Education Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in related field

Work Arrangement:
- Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Team Structure:
- Will be part of a 3-person Compliance Team
- This role focuses on Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines markets
Language Requirements:
- Must be proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have prior client servicing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle distributor relationships and provide consulting support
- Experience in compliance, customer service, or sales support preferred
- Proficient in Excel and capable of data analysis
- Detail-oriented with high integrity
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
