Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and documentation (in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese)
- Maintain and streamline office systems and processes
- Prepare and lodge ATO-related forms and correspondence
- Support the team with administrative workflow tracking
- Perform bookkeeping, payroll, and superannuation tasks using Xero or MYOB for selected clients
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- 3-5 years experience in Admin or Customer Service or Sales experience .
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with computers and Microsoft office systems
- Familiar with basic bookkeeping and payroll (ideal, but not required)
- Experienced in admin or customer service (experience in an accounting firm is a plus)
- Friendly and respectful with strong communication skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
