Salary: MYR 2,000 - MYR 2,800 per month

Core Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Handle general clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry)
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records (both physical and digital)
Customer Service:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Assist Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Accounting Support:
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
