Front Desk & Administrative Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Zenith Corporate Park, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

As the Front Desk & Administrative Executive, you will be the first point of contact for parents and students, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth operations, and professional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, representing the organization professionally
- Communicate clearly and warmly in Mandarin and English with customers and parents
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with maturity and empathy
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, calls, and filing
- Prepare payment vouchers, print cheques, and support basic finance processes
- Maintain office supplies and an organized work environment
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Perform other duties assigned by Management
Requirements
- SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates with strong attitude and tech-savviness will be considered)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Pleasant personality with good communication and phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to commit for at least 2 years

- Tuesday to Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
