Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert 20–30% of the existing 1,000-accounting-firm pipeline into paying customers.
- Lead direct B2B sales engagements with accounting firms, including presentations, demos, and contract negotiations.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in accounting firms and related industries.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape product features, pricing, and positioning.
- Establish scalable sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting frameworks to support future growth.
- Collaborate with the Founder and marketing teams to drive adoption and brand awareness.
- Lay the foundation for building and managing a future sales team as the business grows.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in accounting, finance, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong strategic thinking, business development, and market expansion skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Understanding of accounting firm operations and/or transfer pricing is an advantage.
