Job Overview
As a Talent and Organization Program Manager, you'll report to the Director of Talent Management. We are part of the Integrated Talent Management organization which is a global team that also includes Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Analytics. As a member of our growing team, you’ll keep the annual talent management program on track from a client and systems perspective in addition to supporting Organization Effectiveness initiatives. You’ll help ensure that the Talent and Organization Solutions team is delivering measurable and impactful results to Enterprise and BU clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and manage Talent Management and Organization Solutions projects and programs.
- Deliver talent and organization programs to create a high-performing organization by developing our leadership pipeline and increasing organization effectiveness.
- Partner with Integrated Talent Management team members, HR business partners, managers, leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Use program and project management approaches to manage the annual Talent Management cycle and other talent and organization programs and strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of Lam’s culture, business, and ecosystem to inform your work.
What You'll Be Accountable For
- Drive the design and execution of talent management and organization development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and leaders to execute the Integrated Talent Management vision.
- Use data to build and measure the impact of Talent and Organization programs.Design and deliver training programs for leaders, managers, and HR Partners.
- Manage and coordinate talent and organization effectiveness projects and programs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in an HR Talent or Program Management role.
- Education: BA/BS degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience.
- Collaboration: Ability to build relationships, partner with, and understand client and employee needs.
- Organization: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mindset: Learning, collaborative, global, systems approach, data-driven, bias for action.
- Credibility: High degree of professional credibility, responsiveness, integrity, sound judgment, and effective prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in managing Talent and OD programs
- Ability to quickly understand business, organizational, and cultural drivers
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Talent Management Systems.
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
