- Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, marinating meats and others.
- Support chefs in cooking basic dishes under supervision.
- Set up and clean workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Store food and ingredients properly (e.g. labelling, date-checking)
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain hygiene according to SOP and food safety guidelines
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the chef

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
