Kitchen & Bar Counter Crew

Job Scope & Responsibilities:
Kitchen Duties:
- Assist with food preparation (e.g. sandwich assembly, toast, plating, wok food).
- Maintain cleanliness of food prep area, cutting boards, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow standard food portioning and presentation guidelines.
- Refill ingredients and prep items as required (mise en place).
- Ensure personal and kitchen hygiene standards are met (according to food safety SOPs).
- Wash and sanitize kitchen tools and surfaces regularly.
- Support main cook or chef during peak hours.
Bar Counter Duties:
- Prepare and serve basic beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.) according to standard recipes.
- Operate beverage machines (e.g. coffee machine, blender, dispenser).
- Refill and manage stock for drink ingredients (syrups, milk, cups).
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and service counter.
- Serve takeaway beverages with correct labeling and packaging.
- Engage with customers politely when they collect their food/drinks from the bar counter.
General Support:
- Support kitchen and front-line team during peak periods.
- Assist in stock checking, storing and labeling supplies.
- Report equipment or stock issues to the supervisor.
- Follow opening and closing routines for kitchen/bar counter.

Skills Required:
- Basic kitchen or barista knowledge is preferred (training provided).
- Good hygiene awareness and food handling practices.
- Team player, able to multitask between food and beverage tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Able to work under fast-paced environment or during rush hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
