Restaurant Crew (Service, Bar and Kitchen Crew)
Greet and approach customers with friendly service.
Lead customer to designated table.
Pass menu to customer and take order promptly.
Repeat order to customer for accuracy ordering before punch in to system.
Take care of outlet cleanliness, to maintain outlet is hygiene at all time.
Ensure customers are served quality food.
Ensure food is served with good presentation.
Upsell products to increase sales revenue.
Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients.
Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery truck.
Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
Ensure the areas for daily food preparation are clean and hygiene at all times.
Ensure on the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards set by the company.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans either with a dishwasher or by hand.
Make sure the tools, utensils and dishes are clean and keep at the designated area always.
Place the produced pack food according to FIFO procedure.
Perform regular sweeping and scrubbing of floors, clean up and remove garbage.
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards and storage areas.
Follow cash handling procedures at all times and handle customer payments.
Support the kitchen and service team as required.
Perform other duties deem necessary by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
