POSITION OVERVIEW

If yes, we want you to join our team as a Junior Office & Culture Support Executive! You'll play a key role in making our office a pleasant and efficient place to work, from welcoming guests to supporting team events.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys variety in their daily tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Office Management
- Be the friendly face that greets and assists visitors — make them feel at home!
- Keep our office running smoothly by managing office supplies and maintaining a tidy, welcoming workspace.
- Be the go-to person for vendors and cleaners — ensure everything is spotless and functional.
- Handle front desk inquiries like a pro — quick, helpful, and with a smile!
Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate room bookings for meetings, trainings, and conferences — and make sure everything’s set before and after.
- Keep track of office inventory and place orders when supplies are low.
- Organize and update filing systems — yes, digital and physical!
- Prepare and support T&D and HRA paperwork (like petty cash refund report, travel forms, and more), making sure everything gets approved and filed neatly, accurately, and right on time.
- Help maintain and refresh our office policies and procedures when needed.
- Monitor the performance of cleaning staff and report any concerns.
- Assist in daily admin matters and liaise with other departments and external vendors to keep things running like clockwork.
Staff Engagement Support
- Get involved in fun events! Help prep gifts, coordinate materials, and manage logistics before, during, and after staff engagement activities.
- Upload and organize event-related documents and photos in Google Drive.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Academic Education
- Certificate and/or Diploma, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Language Proficiency
- Native or Fluent: English, Malay, Mandarin (bonus)
Professional Experience

Technical & Management Skills

3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with experience in managing office projects.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Others

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
