Summary:
The Executive, Human Resources is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
i) Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
ii) Develop and implement employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
iii) Administer performance management systems and provide feedback to employees.
iv) Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.
v) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
vi) Handle HR administrative tasks, such as managing employee data, conduct Disciplinary Inquiries and processing payroll.
vii) Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals. viii) Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
i) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
ii) Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
iii) Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
iv) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
v) Proficiency in HR information systems, My Syarikat Apps and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
