Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business unit heads, supporting business goals with relevant HR initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives across Malaysia.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, HR policies, and employment regulations in Malaysia.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build a strong pipeline of talents.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in line with market demands.
- Facilitate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee HR administration including employee records, HRIS updates, payroll, and benefits management.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of Human Resource experience in a Medium to Large corporation. Candidates in a managerial role covering multi-country operations (plus-point).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and HR practices.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Talent management strategies (required).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
