Job Vacancy: Human Resources Manager
Location: Belum Rainforest Resort, Gerik, Perak, Malaysia
Belum Rainforest Resort, one of Malaysia’s premier eco-tourism destinations, is looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Belum-Temengor Rainforest, this role offers a unique opportunity to blend people leadership with purpose-driven sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with employment law and resort culture.
Drive employee engagement, training, and career development initiatives.
Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and operational HR needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for nature, hospitality, and community-based tourism is a plus.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
