The expansion of People & Culture department is also actively underway hence, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Clerk that is responsible for providing human resource support and daily administrative activities of the department.
A Human Resource Clerk performs all the basic clerical tasks of the Human Resources function and requires accuracy, speed, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Typical duties of a Human Resource Clerk includes: Maintaining employee data, Keep all employee records and Company policies and procedures up-to-date, and answering queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Uphold and display the Kenny Hills’ Vision, Mission and Family Values at all times and be the image of Kenny Hills Bakers to promote its “Culture’ philosophy.
2. Assist to develop strategies in achieving OKRs and Goals, while addressing the Human Resource Department’s unique strengths and challenges.
3. Assist the Assistant Human Resource Manager in managing documentation processes, and coming up with strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging prompt documentation systems.
4. Maintaining organized paperwork and filing systems for the organisation.
5. Compile, check and prepare all Medical Claim files on a monthly basis to pass to the Payroll Department.
6. Ensure tracking of Team Members entitled Medical Claims balance every month.
7. Assist in preparing case files for any Team Member applications to PERKESO.
8. Assist General Manager and Assistant Human Resource Manager on any ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.
9. Attention to detail when it comes to storing information and internal communication (written and verbal).
10.Maintain a daily to do list and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master calendar for all-hands events.
11. Must be able to handle Team Members’ requests, feedbacks and queries quickly and professionally.
12.Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute.
13.Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
14.Be an active team member to embody the Kenny Hills Family Values in the office workplace.
Candidate must:
- Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or related courses
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resource or Administration
- Have own transport & able to travel
- Have eye for details & meticulous
- Computer & number literate
- Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
