Responsibilities:
1) Administer the Company’s human resource policies and procedures.
2) Check and verify staff attendance and update leave record into the system.
3) Maintain documents, files and records within Human Resources Department
4) Staff data entry.
5) Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Possess a good command of written and speaking in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel will be added advantages.
- Applicants must be willing to work in The Ascent Petaling Jaya.
- Internship for at least 3 months.

Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM999.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
