Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including personal data, banking info, leave, and attendance.
- Handles staff onboarding and exit procedures.
- Support periodic staff performance reviews.
- Ensure HR policies and labour law compliance, including ISO documentation and workplace safety standards.
- Process and handles employee benefits, insurance renewals, and claims.
- Prepare monthly Human Resource reports for management.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong understanding of Human Resource functions, local labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in Human Resource management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
Job Type: Full Time, 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
