- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory items.
- Monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Recording daily inventory transactions and movements.
- Using inventory management systems to track and manage inventory.
- Auditing and Reconciliation:
- Conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and recorded inventory.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to inventory discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Optimizing warehouse layouts and processes for efficient stock management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
- Generating reports on inventory performance and stock levels.
