OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
● To carry out the Retail Sales Team car-in QC
● To ensure vehicles repaired by the Aftersales department fits all that needs to be repaired following Carro Retail’s refurbishment guideline.
B. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● To carry out QC when the vehicle has done its inspection in Aftersale’s Body & Paint
● QC will follow based on Carro 160 Inspection point following its repairing criteria
● To ensure every QC takes no more than 30 minutes/vehicle
● Ensure QC follows a timely manner, if QC fail, QC team shall pass the vehicle back to Body & Paint PIC for vehicle repairing till vehicle has meet its CPO criteria.
● To ensure a minimum of 14 units complete QC per day
● To ensure vehicle received compared to vehicle inspection report in Carro are the same and does not have any addition defects
● If vehicle does not meet/ follow the inspection report’s remark for defects, vehicle shall be sent back to Aftersales to repair following CPO criteria.
● To ensure all report in the end of the day being accurate, report being : “RO - Certified Pre-Owned Report”, “Refurbishment After Sales Report_2022”.
● To ensure all report in daily e-mail, were reported accurately and sent on time before 7:30pm.
