Job Description
- Inventory controlling
a. Perform checking, analysis and reporting for inventories movement type on monthly basis.
b. Perform checking, analysis and reporting on scrapping of inventories, inventories adjustments
posting and inventories variances/ differences.
c. Coordinate year-end physical inventory count and ad hoc physical inventory count.
d. Documentation of the scrapping inventory process.
e. Key user and process owner for inventory management and maintenance.
f. Perform & responsible in quarterly and rolling forecast inventory valuation process and year-end
financial closing.
g. Perform and coordinate cycle counting for Robert Bosch (M) Sdn Bhd.
h. Ensure inventory management and inventory valuation is compliance with Central Directive.

Qualifications
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration;
• Preferable with working experience in manufacturing environment and MNC, especially with working experience in
inventory management and FTA;
• Efficiently carries out routine tasks of standard reporting and process documentation;
• Applies strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data;
• Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, result and future oriented;
• Good communication and collaboration with cross functional teams;
• Integrity as independent inventory controller role;
• Cost awareness mindset;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel/ PowerPoint;
• Financial IT-systems or other digital tools is as add-on skills;
• Striving for continuous improvement and process optimization; and
• Proficient in English language both in writing and oral.
