What You’ll Do:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
- Manage weekly and monthly staff schedules across multiple outlets
- Work with Info-Tech HR system for attendance, payroll, leave, and scheduling
- Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure optimal manpower coverage
- Track and report on OT, attendance, and shift compliance
- Support employee performance tracking and HR documentation
- Assist with employee relations, engagement activities, and internal communication
- Help ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of HR experience (F&B or hospitality is a plus)
- Familiar with Info-Tech HR software or willing to learn
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
