We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance cum Human Resources Executive to handle daily accounting tasks and support the HR function in our automotive company.
Responsibilities :
Accounting & Finance:
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Manage petty cash and company expense claims.
- Monitor invoices, payment schedules, and collections.
- Assist with annual audit, tax filings, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government agencies as required.
Human Resources:
- Organize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system for the staff, training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle staff attendance, leave records, and payroll administration.
- Prepare monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Assist in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Manage recruitment process: job postings, interview arrangements, onboarding.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in both accounting and HR functions.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, or similar) and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory and HR regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
