Job Summary
The Human Resource Executive plays a vital role in supporting the HR operations within the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the property development industry. The incumbent will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, training, and compliance to ensure HR practices align with corporate goals and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
1. 1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for site and head office roles (e.g., project team, sales, admin).
- Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires at both project and HQ levels.
2. 2. Payroll & HR Administration
- Assist in monthly payroll coordination including allowances, claims, and OT (especially for site personnel).
- Ensure accuracy of employee data and records in HRIS.
- Handle leave management, medical claims, and insurance administration.
- Maintain organized employee files, contracts, and confidential records.
3. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and employee grievances.
- Monitor employee morale and help implement engagement initiatives.
- Support communication of HR policies, updates, and company events.
4. 4. Compliance & Industrial Relations
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws, including the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
- Prepare documents for audits, ISO certification, and internal reviews.
- Monitor contract expiry, renewals, warning letters, and disciplinary actions.
5. 5. Training & Development
- Coordinate training needs assessment for site and HQ departments.
- Liaise with training providers and ensure proper HRDF claims submission.
- Maintain training records and support continuous learning initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ relevant HR experience; experience in the property development or construction sector is preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR statutory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (e.g., InfoTech, SQL HR, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
