We are seeking an HR Specialist, specializing in recruitment, to join our in-house team. This role focuses on managing the hiring process from start to finish, while supporting other HR functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist with general HR administration
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- Experience in recruitment in various industries is preferred
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication, organization and teamwork skills
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage as some interviews may involve Chinese-speaking candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
