Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related field (*prefer Human Resource)
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application
- Good communication and written in English & Bahasa
Responsibility:
- Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources department.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal information in employee files.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll summaries and overtime reports.
- Support recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, and document handling.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
