1) Ensure that all policies and procedures comply with the legislative requirement
2) Manage the whole recruitment process, determine the best recruitment methods
3) To conduct induction for new staff
4) To assist task such as preparing monthly wages entry records and documentations
5) To act as the point of contact regarding government legislation issues (Labour office, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.)
6) Develop, review, maintain and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with the overall business strategy
7) Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when required
