- Assist with data entry, document filing, scanning, and organizing records across Finance, HR, and Admin departments.
- Support finance tasks such as preparing payment vouchers, checking invoices, and maintaining simple records.
- Help HR with staff record updates, leave tracking, and coordination of interviews or staff activities.
- Perform general administrative duties including handling phone calls, managing office supplies, and supporting daily operations.
- Provide support for any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or department heads.
