Key Responsibilities:Guest Services:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the property, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns, working closely with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and anticipating guest needs.
Reservations and Coordination:
- Assist with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details.
- Prepare daily reports related to occupancy, guest feedback, and service delivery.
General Administration:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services, including preparing guest correspondence, and maintaining front desk supplies.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding security and confidentiality.
