Administration Officer – ICONS International School, Ara Damansara
Position Overview:
The Administration Officer will be the backbone of school operations—handling documentation, managing schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring efficient communication across all departments. This role requires excellent orgasization, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries from parents, staff, and external parties.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with admissions processing, student records, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and staff schedules.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.
- Support management with operational tasks and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role (school experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with database systems.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: RM 2,000 – RM 4,500 (depending on experience).
