As the first point of contact for our guests, Guest Service Officers play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. We are looking for friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals who can assist guests from pre-arrival to check-out, ensuring every stay is smooth and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear information about property facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Coordinate access arrangements, including smart lock instructions, mailbox setup, and access card preparation.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Maintain accurate guest records, booking details, and daily shift reports.
- Process payments, deposits, and receipts according to company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Familiarity with booking systems or OTA platforms is an advantage (training provided).
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
