Responsibilities
- To assist in performing market research, competitors’ analysis, industry benchmarking & price intelligence of steel industry.
- To assist in corporate reporting such as periodic and immediate announcement to bursa, shareholders’ approval, and submission to authorities in compliance with listing requirements, companies act and any other relevant authorities.
- To assist in the investor relation activities for the engagement with shareholders, investors, analysts and fund managers on Ann Joo Group’s performance and strategies.
- To assist in analysing Ann Joo Group’s operational performance relative to the strategic direction and corporate initiatives, rationalizing the corporate structure and plan the business direction of Ann Joo Group Companies.
- To assist in managing and coordinating corporate exercises such as M&A, investment appraisals, and special projects.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Corporate Finance / Investment / Merger & Acquisition Project will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
