We’re seeking a Finance Executive (Part-Time), to help manage our finances and support efficient operations. If you’re meticulous, proactive, and in following up with clients—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations.
- Process receipts, invoices, and employee claims.
- Actively follow up with clients on pending payments in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support payroll and general admin tasks.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting roles.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in payment collection and follow-ups.
- Proficient in accounting software and digital tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.
