Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Admin Executive to manage daily financial tasks and administrative duties. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, supporting payroll and compliance, and maintaining smooth office and outlet operations. This role is essential for the financial health and operational efficiency of our fast-growing F&B business.
Key Responsibilities: Finance
- Record daily sales from outlets, delivery platforms (e.g. Grab, Foodpanda), and POS systems
- Prepare customer invoices and monitor receivables
- Process supplier payments, petty cash claims, and staff reimbursements
- Maintain general ledger, journals, and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Compile and process payroll including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions
- Prepare monthly SST reports and assist with annual audit and tax submissions
- Monitor and report cash flow, expenses, and budget variances
- Manage and update employee records: contracts, leave, medical, and attendance
- Support recruitment activities: job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork
- Maintain office supplies, utilities, and outlet-related logistics
- Organize company files (soft & hard copy) for audit and compliance
- Assist with documentation related to outlet performance, HR letters, and vendor contracts
- Support management with regular reporting and meeting arrangements
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (F&B or retail background preferred)
- Proficient in accounting software such as Bukku
- Good understanding of Malaysian financial, tax, and HR regulations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
