Oscar Diversified Holdings is looking for a capable and experienced Finance Manager to head our finance team in Kuala Lumpur and KLIA. This role comes with real responsibility — you’ll be managing a strong team of 18 finance staff, covering both head office and airport operations. Who we’re looking for:
- Malaysian citizen, preferably in your 40s or 50s, with 10+ years’ experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong background in financial reporting, tax matters, budgeting, audits, and statutory compliance.
- A natural leader — someone who can guide, support, and get the best out of a team.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to handle a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in aviation, hospitality, or service-based industries.
What the job involves:
- Overseeing all finance functions for both KL office and KLIA operations.
- Leading monthly closings, cash flow planning, budgeting, and audits.
- Ensuring everything is in order with tax filings, compliance, and reports.
- Working closely with top management to support smart financial decisions.
