KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the daily management of cash flows for TIM Group of companies (integration of bank statements, validation and monitoring of payments, resolution of rejections, cash balancing, etc.)
Establish the short term cash flow forecasts for the Group;
Manage Group’s foreign exchange risk by ensuring requests for the implementation of foreign exchange hedges;
Participate in the monitoring and control of bank charges;
Participate in the improvement of processes and maintenance of treasury procedures;
Ensure treasury operations are aligned with Group practices;
Prepare and reconcile bank statements for TIM Group of companies;
Verify and process payments to suppliers, vendors, staff claims and petty cash reimbursements;
Ensuring treasury transactions are properly recorded and entered into accounting system;
Prepare monthly audit schedules and reports;
Assist in liaison with external auditor, tax agent (if any), company secretary and other authorities;
Handle banking matters such as deposit cheques, application of letter of guarantee, L/C, update of foreign exchange rates, etc.
Assist in investing cash surplus into FD/Principal & REPO;
Assist in preparing monthly Management Accounts & Analysis;
Support time to time tasks assigned by the superior.

Working Relationship

INTERNAL:

Liaise closely with User Department & Operational Finance to monitor the group funding
Guide the Treasury team to ensure compliance, accurate bank reconciliation, and strong internal controls
