About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive, Finance (Accounts Receivable) to join our Finance Operations team. The role is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring timely billing, accurate reporting, and effective debt collection to support the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure billing is completed and sent out to customers on time.
- Capture and reconcile all e-Invoice transactions in EVOIS/MyInvois with LHDN compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR accounts.
- Review monthly billing and debtor aging reports, resolve disputes, and follow up on collections.
- Monitor and follow up with staff on billing and collection matters.
- Ensure invoices and receipts are accurate, posted, and banked in daily.
- Prepare financial reports including Statements of Account, Interco reports, Trade Receivable Aging, and Account Analysis reports.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure AR closing is done according to deadline.
- Support system checks, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Executive: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
- Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
